Meet our staff, the heartbeat of Trinix Australia. It is not just professionalism and expertise that set our staff apart. With the combined total of more than 85 years experience with the company, we also have a strong commitment to the quality of our work, to the clients that we serve, and to the culture and values of Trinix Australia. It is more than just I.T. that we are passionate about; it is the loyalty and relationships formed with each other that makes Trinix Australia. Loyalty and relationships connect Trinix Australia’s staff and, in turn, connect staff with clients. Our staff includes a rich mix of perconnel, trained and qualified in engineering, computer science, information systems, network systems, management, communications, marketing, finance, accounting and other disciplines. One minute Daniel is here, the next minute, he isn’t. Dan is either on the road, delivering computer systems and I.T. equipment to clients, or he is picking up orders from vendors and suppliers. However, he isn’t just the ordinary delivery man; Dan is an all-rounder at the Production & Warehouse Department. With systems manufacturing experience, he is able to step up to provide invaluable assistance to the Operations Manager when required. Also known as Trinix Australia’s "muscle man", Dan is able to lift five heavy multi-function printers on one hand while starring down a charging bull at the same time.
Daniel surrounds himself with all things Asian. He has picked up a few useful words in Cantonese such as, “eat” and “two” to navigate his way through Asia with his partner, in the not too distant future.

Jonathan took over as quarterback of Trinix Australia in 2007 and bought an espresso machine for the company in that same year. He has since remained doubly loved by all staff members and valuable clients. Jon has a degree in Commerce and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He is vision focused, passionate about delivering integrated I.T. solutions, well informed on the latest technologies, and committed to ethical business practises. Jon runs Trinix like a well-oiled machine by combining strong team-oriented culture with top-class customer service. Under the leadership of Jon, Trinix Australia is well equiped to cotinue being at the forefront of I.T. in Australia.
Jonathan is married to Kristy and he spends his other life renovating his home, playing basketball and drinking coffee.

Lee Yen is our long-standing Superlady, and at present, the only lady in a sea of men. Qualified in accounting and finance, Lee Yen provides valuable assistance to the Financial Controller and the Sales Team at Trinix Australia. With the ability to produce office supplies on demand, manage multiple phone conversations, and microwave her lunch - all at the same time, Lee Yen has the knack of addressing the hormonal imbalance at Trinix Australia with a calm and collected demeanour. Her excellent support behind the scenes ensures that all pistons of the business are functioning at their best on a daily basis.
Lee Yen is well-known for filling the office kitchen with aromatic goodness. Her menu usually extends from cheese on toast for breakfast - to soup, seafood dishes, assorted curries, and other international cullinary delights for lunch.

Battle hardened by many repairs, service jobs, upgrades, installations, and on-site consultations, Matthew is our veteran Service Technician at the Trinix Service Centre. There are not a lot of support and service jobs that Matt hasn't come across. Much like a doctor who diagnoses and treats illnesses, Matt expertly locates and fixes computer hardware and software problems. Backed by qualifications in I.T. and CCNA, Matt can be seen whizzing around Perth rescuing organisations from I.T. issues, big and small.
After a hard day's work, Matt can be found at karaoke bars, singing along to various pop hits. Matt does great impersonations of rock band, Linkin Park.

Prince joined Trinix Australia with a penchant for the latest gadgets and a good eye for detail. With the commitment of providing excellent services to clients and a solid knowledge of Information & Technology, Prince rose to the senior position of Sales Manager in 5 minutes. Prince is highly respected by corporate and government clients for his integrity in business trade and practise. Today, in addition to managing a growing portfolio of blue-chip accounts, Prince still looks after the first customer that he served back in 2001. Prince believes in recommending only the best products because they seldom give you problems. And you can certainly ask him about the latest gaming graphics cards on the market, he’ll take you up on that.
On Fridays, Prince can be found supporting the local lunch venues in Victoria Park. Prince and his partner plan to buy a pet dog, if it is released on Nintendo Wii.

Raymond is renowned in Western Australia's I.T. circle. A 14-year-plus experienced campaigner with Trinix Australia, Raymond is influencial and well regarded amongst his clients in the government and corporate sectors. Having good relationship with suppliers ensure that his clients get what they want, on-time. With a portfolio of excellent customer service history, Raymond also oversees the company's government tender processes and objectives. He has seen the array of technological developments during his experience in the I.T. industry.
Raymond is a food connoisseur. Clients like wining and dining with Raymond because he knows the best dishes to order.

Shane McAlice started at Trinix Australia as a Technical Sales Consultant in 2006. In less than two years, he progressed on to the position of Operations Manager in the Production and Warehouse Department. Armed with a Bachelor of Technology degree, Shane has the technical skills, valuable first-hand sales experience, managerial capabilities, and most importantly, a neat work-desk to run the “engine room” of Trinix Australia. Our staff and clients benefit from Shane’s meticulous attributes. We know systems from the Production Department have gone through his tick of approval. In 2009, Shane added another feather to his cap with the addition of the Quality Control role. His meticulous and dedicated nature blends very well with his extra role, ensuring Trinix operates at the highest ISO:9001 Quality Standards and Procedures.
On weekends, Shane can be found at Borders Book & Music in Perth.

Tai received his degree in Computer Science in 2006 and has since consistently applied his work ethic and qualified knowledge to deliver I.T. solutions for trade and retail clients at Trinix Australia. His natural customer service skills, can-do attitude and boyish grin are not only his charming assets; they are also convivial dispositions for front-counter trade. Tai’s focus includes delivering service excellence and providing technical support to clients. He enjoys experimenting with new gadgets, taking happy snaps, and wearing white pants to work on Saturdays.
Tai is constantly on the lookout for the latest mobile phone. He has used phones borrowed from his brother, as well as one with a feminine ringtone from his sister.

Timothy first opened Trinix Australia for business in 1987. Under his management, Trinix grew rapidly from an importer and wholesaler of PC products, to a fully integrated I.T. company, specialising in I.T. solutions for a wide segment of clients. Tim is a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) and I.T. professional. He is fully responsible for the company's financials including financial and management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Tim is also heavily involved in systems development and process improvement on business wide initiatives and value ad projects.
An avid fisherman, Tim can be found on his boat on weekends off the shores of Mandurah and Rockingham.
