A Personal Message

FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR.

 

Dear Visitor,

Trinix Australia was formed in 1987 from humble beginnings as a company called Trinix Computers. As one of Perth’s first computer businesses, Trinix Computers rapidly grew and over the last 20 years has become one of the leading Information and Technology companies in Western Australia. In July 2007, seeing the diversification and evolution of I.T., the directors of Trinix Computers decided to change the company name to Trinix Australia.

So why the name change? The I.T. landscape and scope is constantly changing and we wanted a name that would signify two things:

  1. Trinix does so much more than just computers
  2. Trinix sees itself as not just a state-wide player but a force in the national I.T. industry

So what does this mean for you? Trinix has everything you need for your home, business and enterprise I.T.  With over 20 years of experience, a dedicated sales and support team plus strong partnerships with the world’s leading vendors such as Intel and Microsoft, there is very little that is beyond us. Computers are still our bread-and-butter and we build them very well. However, over the years we’ve built up a strong expertise in serving our customers with other avenues of I.T. such as service and support, data projectors, I.P. Surveillance, Storage solutions and home entertainment media centres.

What this means is that you’ll find the I.T solutions that you need as well as sound advice all under one roof at Trinix Australia.

Not only do we have a vast offering of products, but our Service and Support team is knowledgeable and well trained to assist with your I.T. requirements. We have a in-house Service Centre as well as an onsite service team to ensure that your problems are met quickly and professionally.  All of our clients are assigned a dedicated account manager so you’ll know who you are dealing with every time.

Trinix is a Quality Assured company under ISO:9001 and have maintained this standard since 1994. We are proud to be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with many of our customers, and in fact, our first customers back in 1987 are still trading with us today.
